Health regulations COVID-19

All participants must wear a mask at all times when indoors. This includes adults and children of all ages.
Physical distancing between different family 'bubbles' must be respected at all times.
It will not be possible to eat in the welcome center until further notice. Meals will need to be eaten in the car. The welcome center will remain open for guests to come in and warm up. Guests are required to keep their masks on at all times, except while riding on the trails.
Please respect your arrival and departure times. This will enable us to better manage people traffic on the site.
Only participating guests will be allowed on site and able to take advantage of our facilities.
We will limit the number of guests who stay between activities. Please inform yourselves when you book a reservation if this concerns your party.
Please bring your own outdoor clothing. We do have extra clothes to lend, if necessary.
Snowmobiling: For your security and hygiene measures, you will be required to purchase a new balaclava on site and the purchase fee will be additional to the activity fee. If guests have their own helmets, they may bring them.
Cancellation of a reservation within 7 days preceding a booking date will be fully reimbursed if someone in your party tests positive for the COVID.
If you have symptoms and believe you may be at risk, contact us as soon as possible. We will handle all requests on a case by case basis and all in good faith. All cancellation policies remain in effect unless otherwise decided on our behalf.
Overnight stays in the teepee will be offered to groups of the same family bubble (and have the same address).
